Focus on the Flow
The largest investment you'll make is in yourself.
I developed a personal yoga and mindfulness practice as a means for healing my body after a debilitating injury. I received my 200 hour training from Grace and Glory Yoga (power vinyasa yoga) and from Amrita Yoga (yin yoga). I give special attention to trauma-sensitivity in my classes.
My mindfulness-based approach and meditation instruction, gives you tools as a part of a daily practice to enhance your consciousness/awareness to initiate and maintain your healing. Thus, restoring your sense of well-being. I completed a 200hr training in meditation from Raja Yoga and Meditation and focus on making meditation customizable and approachable.
My goal is to evoke your sense of wellness by leading you to explore the qualities of your mind, body, and spirit and establishing equanimity through the physical and intellectual experience of yoga, meditation, and energy healing.
I would be honored to work with you in collaboration for workshops or events.

It's about the People
Giving back to the community is vital for me, being that I am a Philadelphia native.
I partner with Root2Rise and lead classes on Monday nights and Wednesday nights. I work closely with non-profit yoga organizations to bring yoga and mindfulness to communities where they are not easily accessible. My classes balance honoring the body where it is, and learning to advance at a pace that feels sustainable – on and off the mat.
